2.5 Recognising that effective risk prevention benefits from the integration of cultural considerations, including conservation principles and standards, environmental and social safeguards, accessibility and inclusion in all policies with potential impact on culture and cultural heritage;
2.6 Recognising the need for strengthening and developing effective, sustainable, inclusive and coordinated management models and tools for protecting cultural heritage at risk, by linking shortterm relief, maintenance and preventive conservation with longer-term measures and by combining the skills and competences of civil protection and cultural heritage actors, sustained by public awareness-raising initiatives;
